The More Imaginative Species

There’s the old excuse of ‘the dog eating my homework’… Cat-damage is more imaginative…

  1. Is Valkyrie (or someone else) chewing on the toilet handle?!? That's a new one in my books. Lol.

    1. Yes, it's her. She chews on the basin's tap, too.

    3. That's obviously an impressive set of teeth. And Valk never ceases to surprise, I guess.

  5. Oh dear, a patterned toilet handle. I am not sure how old she is but know she was spayed a month ago. Is she teething? The boys had a cardboard box where all their toys were kept and they used the top of that for biting on. I also found several baby teeth in and around the box. I wish I had kept them.

    1. I too thought of teething but, except for the toilet-handle - and the end of the basin's tap - Valkyrie doesn't seem bitey with anything else. At going on eight months (estimated), she might possibly still be having tooth issues, but I haven't seen any other evidence of it.

  6. Valk, you are a girl after our own heart here! Had several who were similarly inclined.

  7. Sometimes, cats just get something into their noggins that says, "Chew that thing! Just chew it!"
