Thank You

I would like to thank all those who have left kind words for me on the passing of Bear-Bear. It is comforting to know that so many care; I realise that too great a number of people have also experienced the loss of a beloved animal friend. I will try to thank each of you individually over time.

I have published a memoriam of my long-cat, with pictures. Don’t feel that you need to comment on it. Just read it, please, and remember the BB.

  1. Did you see the lovely memorial graphic Ann (Zoolatry) made for him? I presume you got it. But if not, it's on our "Friends at the Bridge" page. So yes, Bear-Bear will be remembered, always, and not just via Fuzzy Tales. Ann also does a Rainbow Bridge page every month, for those who have crossed, and I assume Bear-Bear will be there for February.

  2. It is because so many of us have suffered the pain of loss that we know the great sadness you feel. Bear Bear was a lovely cat. Your tribute to him is beautiful. I did leave a comment there but don't know if it went through. I hope so.

  3. Again I will say that when Bear Bear needed someone the most you were there and my philosophy is things happen for a reason, so many times we do not, nor may we ever know, but they do. BB was meant to be in your heart and you in his, so you held him to help him over to that magical Bridge to where his soul shall reside amongst so many friends and his biological family. How well to know a lost cat was truly found.

  4. Bear- Bear was a wonderful cat and I am so glad he had such a good home while he was you. It is really really hard to lose your animal friends. Take care.

  5. I know and understand how you feel. We all of us have been there and the pain is great. Time soothes us somewhat but we always remember our loved little ones. xo

  6. That's a very sweet picture, Bear Bear and his paw. Such a nice pink paw too.

    Sending hugs, love and purrs
